Return & Refund Policy

At Innovora, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or has been shipped, the cancellation request cannot be processed, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure upon receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any damage or alterations
  • The original packaging must be intact and included with the return
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. If you received a gift and would like to return it, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit to the original purchaser.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to post
  3. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team for further assistance
