For most destinations, you can expect delivery within 10-15 business days from the dispatch date. During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather), slight delays may occur—we appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent shipping options tailored to your order value:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0-$60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies automatically to orders of $60 or more (maximum order value: $9999).

All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your cart subtotal before taxes.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, and select regions in Asia-Pacific. Due to evolving trade regulations, some destinations may experience temporary service suspensions. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package exceeds the expected delivery timeframe by more than 7 business days, please first check the tracking details for carrier updates. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or other import charges determined by your local authorities.
